When does your mission serve/meet?

We are 1 of 12 churches that volunteer every 12 weeks.

Sessions are from 11:45-2pm & 4:45pm-7pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays of our assigned weeks.

Where does your mission serve/meet?

Menomonee Falls Food Pantry

N85W15382 Menomonee River Parkway

Menomonee Falls, 53051

Who can participate?

Any age.

Note: children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

Sign up to volunteer at the church sign-up kiosk. Please consider signing up as a family, as a couple or inviting a friend along.

What type of duties will volunteers do during your servant events?

Primary responsibility is to accompany guests as they select food. We also sort/review food dates, stock shelves and conduct light cleaning afterward.

Any special skills needed or helpful for your ministry?

A non-judgmental listening ear and the ability to interact comfortably with people who come from challenging economic situations.

Are there any special behind the scenes projects that people can help with?

Anyone can host a workplace food drive or donate food on their own if they don’t have time to volunteer on site. There is also an opportunity to unload a food truck twice a year. You can also volunteer to work at the hot dog stand at the Menomonee Falls Piggly Wiggly on Saturday morning/afternoons.  All proceeds benefit the food pantry.

The food pantry continues to be supported by our in-kind donations of food.

SOTH also supports Hartford and Slinger Food Pantries financially.
