Psalm 150 (NIV)
1 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. 2 Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness. 3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, 4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, 5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals. 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

I  –  In your own words (paraphrase one or more verses)
O  – Other verses in the Bible that say the same or opposite
U  – Use it; apply the truth from the text in your life

Lord, Thank you for the gift of music. Your Spirit can reach into the depths of my soul through the sounds and rhythms of Your Holy Word put to song. I love to sing praises to You. All Angels in Heaven and all saints here on earth and from all times will someday gather around Your throne together singing  “Holy Holy Holy”. I get goosebumps to think about that glorious sound. Until that day I thank You for the many ways to enjoy and to get involved in praising You through music at our church. I thank You for the Christian music on the KLOV radio station: 105.3, where I can pray and praise you through song. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord in Song! Amen.
