Leaving the old life behind; starting a new life. Has this been your experience?
Lord, I sometimes fail in my walk with You. I want to be more, do more, feel more, act more, respond more but I don’t. I know that this Christian walk is a journey and that You are molding me and guiding me as I faithfully continue down this road. As I look back, I can see how much my life has changed since I have been walking with You. Who my friends are, what is important to me, where I spend my time, when I respond to others in need, how I choose words to speak and why I praise and worship You have all been transformed since I opened my heart and life to You. I can see that I am a work in progress and that although I have come a long way, You are not done with me yet. Give me the patience to see Your hand in my life, and wisdom to follow so that I continue to grow in faithfulness to You. Amen
