Philippians 2:9-11 (NIV)
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

I – In your own words (paraphrase one or more verses)
O – Other verses in the Bible that say the same or opposite
U – Use it; apply the truth from the text in your life
Holy Lord, I worship and glorify You. It is only by Your Grace that my sins have been forgiven. I kneel before You in humble adoration and thankfulness. Thank you that you gave me freedom from death and fear. I pray that all come to know the mercy of Your love and the peace of Your salvation before the last day when You will come in all of Your Glory. At that time, every knee, even those who have rejected You, will bow to acknowledge that You are Lord of all. Amen
