Growing in Faith Through Small Groups
Christians grow best with a combination of daily prayer & Bible reading, weekly worship, meaningful ministry and regular participation in a small group. The small groups have 5 to 15 people who meet regularly to study the bible, spend time in fellowship, or serve as well as pray and care for one another. Shepherd of the Hills offers many different small groups to match your interests and God-given gifts to our ministries. Men’s Groups:
Master Builders, meets 6:30 – 7:30 am every other Wednesday at church (opposite God at Work)
God at Work, meets 6:30 – 7:30 am every other Wednesday at church (opposite Master Builders)
Journeymen, meets 7:00 – 8:30 pm 2nd and 4th Thursdays at Kriefall’s home
Women’s Groups:
Monday Messengers, meets 9:00 am-10:30 am 1st & 3rd Mondays at church
Renew, meets 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm the 2nd & 4th Mondays at church
Ruth Circle, meets 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, in the youth room at church
Bible Club, meets 6:15 am-7:30 am every other Wednesday at church (same week as Master Builders)
Acts 2 Circle, meets 4:00 – 7:00 pm the 4th Friday of the month at various restaurants for Fish fry followed by Bible study and dessert at church
Hope Bible Study, meets 2nd or 3rd Saturday 9 am. at Slichter home
Joyous Reflections, meets the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month
