Jude 24-25  (NIV)
Doxology
24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25 to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

Christ, the Sustainer
In what ways does Jesus sustain/keep/protect His own?

My precious Jesus, I confess that I am weak. I have such good intentions to do the right things, but I don’t seem to have the desire, the will power or the stamina to keep from stumbling. Forgive me, Lord. I cannot do things by my own power, but if I rely on You, I know that You are strong, consistent and unchanging. You are without fault and You are patient. That gives me great hope. Help me to lean on You and focus on Your strength, not my weakness. When I read Your word, give me nuggets of Your truth to guide me on the correct path. When I am overwhelmed send a Christian friend to support me. When I am feeling down, send Your Spirit into my heart through Christian music and refill me with Your joy. Ignite my sense of purpose as you show me ways to serve You and those in need. Sustain me by allowing me to grow closer to You. Help me to recognize Your majesty and power in my life and in the world around me. In Your Holy name, Amen.
