The Grounds Task Force was formed in 2012 with the approval of the church Council of Shepherds.  The purpose of this committee is to discuss, plan and seek approval of various projects which may include, but are not limited to:  the outdoor pavilion, the grounds surrounding the pavilion and new church building (in particular the area between the two buildings), outdoor furnishings, a columbarium, a patio on the north side of the new building, as well as any new projects that may come up.  The committee is made up of church members involved with property issues/concerns and representatives of the Council of Shepherds.
